One of the most enchanting of the Golejów ponds, located around 300 metres from the Big Pond, Donica has been known for the floating island which is gradually turning into a peninsula. More small islets are still forming on the lake. Donica is located in a 10-metre-deep basin to the right of the main forest road from Staszów to Golejów. Beautiful and mysterious in every time of year, the pond attracts dozens of anglers and walkers every day.
