The reservoir can be found to the north of the provincial road DW765, around 500 metres from Karczma Świętokrzyska. Rumour has it that the pond owes its name to a fence that once surrounded it. There is a water intake point at the pond which is part of the fire protection network of the Staszów Forest Inspectorate. Interestingly, on the Geoportal maps (geoportal.gov.pl), the pond’s name is “Odrodzony” (Reborn).
