The largest water reservoir in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, located on the territory of the municipalities of Raków, Szydłów and Staszów. The dam in Chańcza is made with left and right earth fill frontal dam, the concrete gate-controlled spillway dam, the stilling basin and the backwater embankment. The earth fill dam is 412 metres long and up to 13.8 metres high, and the crown width is 10.0 metres.
