Located in Opatowska street, the chapel of St John of Nepomuk was built in 1848 on an old burial mound on a hill overlooking Staszów. The area around the chapel was used as the burial ground for Austrian soldiers. There was also a civilian cemetery nearby.

Today, the chapel offers a great vista of Staszów.
